Client Advisor, Client Services - French

Summary

Provide elevated bilingual (French and English) client support for the Canadian market as a member of the Client Service Center team. Serve as a primary point of contact across phone, email, social media, and chat while upholding the Maison's standards and contributing to sales and service goals. This role is based on-site in Irving, Texas and focuses on seamless French-language queue management and Canadian-specific operational needs.

• Deliver client-centric support across channels including product availability, order status, shipping, site navigation, and after-sales inquiries.
• Manage and lead French-language queues to ensure accurate, elevated bilingual communication for the Canadian market.
• Achieve targets across KPIs such as sales, productivity, quality, and queue adherence while using multiple systems and tools.
• Own escalations and resolution management for Canadian market issues, including exchanges and repair inquiries.
• Support team operations through mentorship, training, mock calls, and proficiency evaluations.

• Exceptional written and verbal fluency in French and English to support Canadian clients.
• 3 years of customer service experience (3-5 years preferred), ideally in retail or luxury environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, MS Office).
• Excellent interpersonal, de-escalation, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work on-site in Irving, TX.
