• Call routing and triage of retail leads
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management
• Tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls with sales agents
• Succinct and detailed note taking in referrals
• Managing callbacks and follow-ups with customers
• Working with contract validation and underwriting
• Conducting Welcome Calls to ensure activation
• Handling referral assignments and inbound calls
• Participating in regular feedback sessions
• Evaluating pilot conversion rates and effectiveness
