To support our growing patient base, candidates must be committed to the following consistent hours:

• Mon, Tue, Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fri & Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  Experience:
  
  Alleviate dental anxiety by greeting patients warmly and providing empathetic, clear chairside communication.
• Clinical Assisting:
  Anticipate provider needs using efficient four-handed dentistry during restorative and diagnostic procedures.
• Operatory Management:
  Take high-quality digital X-rays, manage rapid setup/breakdown of rooms, and execute rigorous sterilization protocols.
• Charting & Compliance:
  Accurately document treatment notes, maintain clinical charts, and help educate patients on their dental health.
• Teamwork:
  Actively contribute to morning huddles, lab coordination, and daily office opening/closing duties.

• Clinical Background:
  Minimum of 2 years of professional dental assisting experience (Required).
• Credentials:
  Valid, active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Texas.
• Schedule Commitment:
  Absolute availability for the full 5-day schedule, including Friday and Saturday half-days.
