To support our growing patient base, candidates must be committed to the following consistent hours:
- Mon, Tue, Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Fri & Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
As a core member of our clinical staff, your daily contributions directly impact our patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency:
- Patient
Experience:
Alleviate dental anxiety by greeting patients warmly and providing empathetic, clear chairside communication. - Clinical Assisting:
Anticipate provider needs using efficient four-handed dentistry during restorative and diagnostic procedures. - Operatory Management:
Take high-quality digital X-rays, manage rapid setup/breakdown of rooms, and execute rigorous sterilization protocols. - Charting & Compliance:
Accurately document treatment notes, maintain clinical charts, and help educate patients on their dental health. - Teamwork:
Actively contribute to morning huddles, lab coordination, and daily office opening/closing duties.
- Clinical Background:
Minimum of 2 years of professional dental assisting experience (Required). - Credentials:
Valid, active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Texas. - Schedule Commitment:
Absolute availability for the full 5-day schedule, including Friday and Saturday half-days. - Personal Traits:
