We are seeking an Interior Designer to provide customized design solutions for clients to join our creative team. You will partner with customers to create functional, personalized interiors while sharing sales accountability—actively influencing product choices and driving revenue through design-led recommendations etc.

Objective:

To collaborate with the Sales Team in creating client-facing design concepts and proposals that feature Z Gallerie products, laying the foundation for scalable design service offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales to prepare design concepts, mood boards, and visual proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize the Coo Hom Design tool and ZG’s asset library to produce realistic, brand-aligned visualizations.
  • Develop standardized presentation templates, workflow documentation, and design service SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Trend, Buyer, and Studio teams to align client proposals with current product direction and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to defining the ZG Design Service identity—positioning design consultation as a key driver of customer engagement and sales.
  • Track feedback and conversion data to refine processes and improve design-to-sales effectiveness.
Key Function #2 — Coo Hom Design Tool Mastery & Enablement Objective:

To become the in-house expert on the Coo Hom Design Tool, leveraging it for concept visualization, workflow efficiency, and cross-team design training.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn and master full Coo Hom functionality (3D modeling, material libraries, scene setup, and rendering).
  • Document best practices and identify tool limitations specific to Z Gallerie’s visual style and product integration.
  • Create training materials, SOPs, and tool guides for design, merchandising, and studio teams.
  • Provide feedback to management and tech partners to enhance tool performance and integration.
  • Lead internal workshops to train future designers and cross‑functional users.
  • Use Coo Hom to produce conceptual design packages and customer‑facing visualizations.
Supporting Function #2 — Visual Merchandising & Retail Store Support Objective:

To support retail expansion, renovation, and flip projects by providing design and visual merchandising expertise in partnership with the Retail Store Manager and International Retail Teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate brand design standards into actionable store layouts, fixture plans, and product zoning.
  • Collaborate with Retail Management and Project Teams through all phases of store establishment—from concept to setup.
  • Participate in store flips and refreshes, ensuring regional adaptation without compromising brand identity.
  • Integrate seasonal product launches and campaign narratives into in‑store storytelling.
  • Provide on‑site or remote visual guidance, including training for local retail teams.
  • Maintain and update visual merchandising guidelines for all domestic and international retail locations.
  • Document visual outcomes and improvement insights for future retail rollouts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Merchandising, with 2-3 years of experience in retail, furniture, or lifestyle sectors, including store buildouts or visual merchandising implementation.
  • Proficiency in Coohom Design (or ability to learn new tools quickly) and 3D visualization software such as Sketch Up or AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of retail layout, space planning, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment with collaborative mindset to work across creative, sales, and retail functions; clear communication, training ability, and strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and comfortable in fast‑paced, cross-border operations; willing to travel domestically and internationally for store openings, flips, and design training; curious about emerging tools to enhance creative efficiency.
