Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a K-12 Principal at Manara Academy, located in Irving, TX. The Principal will oversee all aspects of the academic, operational, and cultural functions of the school. Responsibilities include managing staff, supporting teachers, developing curriculum strategies, ensuring student success, maintaining academic standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. The Principal will serve as the primary representative of the school community, participate in staff development, and collaborate with parents, students, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills
  • Experience in curriculum design, student assessment, and fostering academic growth across K-12 settings
  • Experience in Data-Driven Instructional Practices and using data to drive school improvement and improved student outcomes
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities with teachers, students, parents, and the community
  • Proficiency in managing school operations, scheduling, and compliance with educational policies
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in a school environment
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Valid principal certification or administrative credentials in compliance with Texas education requirements
  • Experience in leading student-centered, project-based learning environments is a plus
  • Passion for education innovation and dedication to lifelong learning
