Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting or similar role
• Understanding of Resource and Inclusion models is a plus
• Patient, compassionate, and able to build rapport with students requiring individualized support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certifications are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to a designated student, following educational and behavioral plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to implement strategies supporting student success
• Help facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation in classroom and school activities
• Maintain records of student progress and behavior as directed
• Adapt to changing needs and support a safe, respectful learning environment
