LocationAviation Institute of Maintenance, 400 East Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062
Schedule- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- One late day: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- All schedules include one Saturday a month: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Up to $31 per hour

We are seeking a results‑driven, student‑focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life‑changing academic decisions. The Admissions Representative will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators related to outreach volume, contact‑to‑appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in‑person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
- Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
- Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow‑up
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
- Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
- Education – High School Diploma or GED;
Associates’ or higher degree preferred - Experience – Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios. One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary, for‑profit, post‑secondary educational setting preferred
- Skill set – Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent time management and multitasking abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems; positive, team‑oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
