The Learning Technical Trainer II is responsible for planning, developing, and conducting standardized business systems training programs to meet the organization's requirements, new business objectives, and regulatory guidelines. This role provides training and serves as a resource for super users and end users for enterprise systems (ERP – Infor, Kronos, Concur, Office 365) and other designated applications while maintaining training curriculum and delivering ongoing business system education.
The trainer will also build, maintain, and test the training environment, assist with content and class development, support learning process improvements, and communicate project status and system design updates to relevant departments. This role reports to the Manager, Technical Learning, and works closely with stakeholders across ERP services, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, and Talent Management. The position is fully onsite in Irving, Texas.
- Manage the learning environment and prepare for training delivery.
- Convey objectives, align solutions with course objectives and learner needs.
- Establish credibility as an instructor and create a positive learning climate.
- Deliver various learning methodologies, facilitate learning, and encourage participation.
- Deliver constructive feedback and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Present ideas effectively to individuals or groups; adapt presentations to audience needs.
- Identify customer expectations and select appropriate evaluation strategies.
- Communicate and gain support for the evaluation plan.
- Manage data collection, analyze and interpret data, apply learning analytics.
- Make recommendations to aid decision-making.
- Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify appropriate learning approaches.
- Apply learning theory, collaborate with others, and design curricula or programs.
- Analyze and select technologies; integrate technology options.
- Develop instructional materials and evaluate learning design effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide effective, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
- Participate in departmental programs promoting exceptional service.
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory; must be submitted with candidate)
- 5+ years of direct experience developing, designing, and delivering training programs
- Experience delivering ERP system training highly desirable
- Experience with learning content management systems highly desirable
