Populus Financial Group seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to lead development of training content for ACE/Populus. The role includes facilitating learning consulting sessions and producing instructional materials for Field and Corporate employees.
The SID will implement, curate, track, and report learning deliverables in the LMS, using ADDIE, Gagne’s nine events, and Bloom’s taxonomy to fit our culture and processes.
