Sales Trainer; Field Instructor

As a Technical Trainer, you will develop training materials, conduct workshops, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training modules and materials tailored to the needs of technical staff and external partners.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Canon's technology and industry trends to ensure relevant content.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify training needs and schedule appropriate sessions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new technical staff.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
