** Full-Time Hifz Teacher
** to mentor and guide students in their Qur’an memorization journey while serving as a positive Islamic role model.### General Responsibilities
* Mentor, guide, and supervise Hifz students in both memorization and spiritual development
* Teach Tajweed and ensure students develop excellence in proper Qur’an recitation
* Conduct daily student evaluations and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
* Track attendance and provide regular updates to administration and parents
* Foster positive relationships with school administration, parents, students, and fellow instructors
* Teach and reinforce Islamic etiquette, manners, and character development
* Assist in developing and enhancing the curriculum for full-time and part-time Hifz programs###

Required Qualifications
* Must be a Hafiz of the Qur’an
* Strong command of Tajweed and Qur’anic recitation
* Proven experience serving as a Hifz instructor in the United States
* Ijazah certification preferred
* Experience working with children ages 8 and older
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills
* Strong Islamic character, professionalism, and organizational abilities
* Sound understanding of Islamic etiquette and student mentorship###

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience conducting Qur’an Nights or similar community programs
* Experience teaching Qira’ah
* Understanding of youth-related challenges and effective mentorship approaches
* Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel### Compensation & Benefits
