Interpret project-level scope of work and effectively plan commissioning and resource scheduling; provide team leadership for completing test activities safely and on time;
Interpret substation drawings (single line, AC/DC schematics, panel wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings);
Write procedures and/or test plans in support of maintenance and construction activities including development of isolation plans and functional guidelines;
Testing activities: verify voltage/current inputs to relays, metering, calibrate relays, trip testing, verify alarms and function switches;
Lead and perform routine troubleshooting and repair of substation relaying and control equipment; commission substations and related equipment; provide project technical support and mentoring
