Focus
  • Lead multiple technical service projects supporting building automation, energy management, and low voltage control systems.
  • Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customers by providing guidance throughout maintenance activities, upgrades, repairs, and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop service schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to maintain quality, safety, and customer expectations.
  • Support diagnostics, commissioning activities, system optimization efforts, and technical problem resolution for complex building control environments.
  • Review system performance data and collaborate with customers on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
  • Prepare project documentation including schedules, service reports, cost tracking, change documentation, and customer communications.
  • Monitor project financial performance while supporting purchasing activities and resource planning.
