Interpret project-level scope of work, plan commissioning and resource scheduling, and provide team leadership for test activities;
Interpret substation drawings (single line, AC/DC schematics, panel wiring diagrams), and develop isolation plans and functional guidelines;
Write procedures and test plans to support maintenance and construction activities;
Perform testing of relays and related equipment including calibration, trip testing, and alarm verification (local and SCADA);
Lead and perform routine troubleshooting and repair of substation relaying and control equipment; commission substations and protection systems; provide technical mentorship to junior personnel; act as SME and technical lead on small projects
