Data One Systems is seeking a Fiber Characterization Lead Technician to pilot field testing, coordinate crews, and be the primary customer contact. You will own the full testing lifecycle from execution to reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
You will lead OTDR, OLTS, and CD/PMD tests, manage field teams, oversee equipment calibration, and produce final QA-backed reports for clients across projects. A strong telecom background and a US driver’s license are required.
