- Perform aircraft engine maintenance on all models of Pratt & Whitney Commercial aircraft engines.
- Have an incessant focus on the quality of the service you provide and the safety of our Customers and Team Members ensuring all Environmental Health and Safety requirements, Pratt & Whitney/Raytheon Policy and Procedure and Customer/Regulatory Agency quality requirements are met.
- Assist the team in producing first in class aircraft engine maintenance turn around time/response time through team collaboration and execution of RTX's CORE operating system and continuous improvement processes.
- Understand and follow appropriate Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Engine Shop Manual procedures and/or other approved technical data when performing maintenance.
- Perform other supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as required
- Build Internal and External relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.
- The position is based at the Dallas TX site reporting directly to the Site Operations Leader.
- This is an on-site, day shift position with typical hours of 6:00am – 2:30pm.
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in repair of commercial aircraft engines
- Holder of a valid Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant license
- Analytical Skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Highly motivated self starter and creative troubleshooting skills

Pratt & Whitney Dallas, TX, is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines.
