The EPD Demand & Orders Manager is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams to execute monthly Sales & Operations Planning processes including Demand and Order Board management and driving process improvements to help us deliver our growth objectives.
What You Will Do- Ensure an effective monthly S&OP process that enables us to achieve our growth objectives.
- Ensure alignment of communication and data with our enterprise partners.
- Order Board management and performance tracking.
- Management of Request for Product process with facilities.
- Leverage data automation and visualization opportunities.

Experience:
This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of job‑related experience. - Leadership:
Ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long‑term perspective of the future and how to get there. Champions behaviors that inspire cohesiveness and move the organization to reach a vision. - Planning and Organizing:
Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way. - Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. - Project Management:
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Experience working with S&OP processes, experience leveraging data visualization and automation tools.
- Experience working with Industry teams and Dealers on forecasting and Sales Funnel Management processes.

Irving, TX - Required Travel: 10%
