Position SummaryA VP of Integrated Modular Solutions leads the strategy, development, and execution of offsite construction processes. The role will oversee estimating, design integration, manufacturing, vendor management, and implement technology (BIM/VDC, automation) to improve efficiency and quality, driving revenue growth through innovative, cost‑effective modular solutions while managing teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute prefabrication strategies, set goals, and provide leadership to the estimating and preconstruction teams.
- Implement lean construction principles, new technologies (BIM, VDC), and workflows to optimize fabrication and assembly.
- Identify opportunities, manage client/architect/subcontractor relationships, and contribute to winning bids.
- Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement for modular components.
- Bridge design, engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of prefab elements.
- Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards and manage risks associated with offsite construction.
- Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in construction, or preconstruction, leadership, with proven success in modular/prefab.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and proficiency with relevant software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Visionary leadership with proven executive experience in manufacturing or modular construction.
- Expertise in modular data center fabrication and complex mechanical/electrical systems integration.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, ISO compliance, and AI/HPC infrastructure requirements.
- Financial and strategic acumen including P&L ownership and budget management.
- Strong track record in facility launch, team scaling, and sustainable growth.
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Requires mobility within an office environment.
- Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend.
- May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Possess good hearing, normal or corrected.
- The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee may be required to climb stairs.
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
