Come join the Operations Design Team as we use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models to develop the next generation of world‑class fulfillment centers! We specialize in designs surrounding automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high speed manufacturing. This role will be project/program management heavy to ensure the tracking, quality assurance, and optimized process flow of CAD modules in North America and Europe.

The ability to manage expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is a must.

• Responsible for all aspects of design integration of architectural backgrounds, production and process equipment layouts with operational space design and planning of distribution centers.
• Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of design program management – schedule, stakeholder communication, risk and quality, document and revision management.
• Present and lead design reviews with stakeholders. Manage approvals and release full design packages for execution and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership for process flows for building program and coordinate support between internal and external departments.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Effectively manage resources, quality and project schedules for on‑time deliverables.
• Travel 10% to interact with internal and external business.

• Acquire and validate design inputs.
• Focused design development time.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders and conduct design reviews.
• Gain approvals.
• Attend program level meetings.

• Experience in design/innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience using business/technical software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Blue Beam, Microsoft Suite.

• Experience managing technical programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
