Estimator – Structural Steel
Location: Irving, TX (75063)
Employment: Full-Time | On-Site | Reports to Chief Estimator
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Estimator to join our team in Irving, Texas. This office-based position plays a key role in supporting project bids through accurate quantity take-offs, labor analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive structural steel estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Perform computer-aided and hand take-off estimates for structural steel components
- Interpret and quantify steel materials, connections, and details
- Apply labor standards and prepare supporting documentation for complete estimates
Candidates lacking these three requirements cannot be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Highly analytical with strong math and measurement skills
- Comfortable reading and interpreting structural drawings
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Office-based position in Irving, TX (no remote options)
