Interpret project-level scope of work, plan commissioning activities and resource scheduling, and provide team leadership to complete tests on time with no service interruptions.;
Interpret substation drawings (single line, AC/DC schematics, panel wiring, panel layouts).;
Write procedures and test plans for maintenance/construction activities including isolation plans and guidelines.;
Perform testing of relays and associated systems (voltage/current inputs, metering, SCADA, alarms, function switches).;
Lead and perform routine troubleshooting and repair of substation relaying and control equipment; commission new substations and various relaying and control equipment; provide technical support and mentorship; act as SME and technical lead for small projects.
