As a Substation Technician Level 1, you will support the successful delivery of substation construction projects by contributing to installation activities and developing your technical skills in a hands-on field environment. Working under the guidance of Foremen and Supervisors, you will assist in executing key scopes of work, gain exposure to substation construction practices, and build a strong foundation in safety, quality, and productivity standards.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career within the utilities and substation construction field.

What You'll Do Here:

* Assist with daily substation construction activities across multiple installation scopes

* Interpret Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and provide input or redlines as experience develops

* Support installation of conduit, grounding systems, and other substation components

* Follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors to execute work safely and efficiently

* Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition

* Learn and apply proper construction methods, standards, and safety practices
