Job Description:

As a subsidiary of the global infrastructure leader Ferrovial, Webber is dedicated to intelligent solutions and sustainable development, impacting communities, and advancing the industry. Your Role:
Driving Success Through Strategic Cost Estimating The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure works, ensuring successful bids and project outcomes.

Ensure alignment with Webber’s standards by developing high-quality estimates that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs for various construction activities and materials.

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and other expenses.

Develop and submit bid proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
