Senior Electrical Engineer – Mission-Critical Projects

Salary Range:

• 6–9 years: $105,000 – $115,000
• 10–20 years: $115,000 – $127,000

LHH is proud to partner with a leading MEP engineering firm in Dallas, TX to find a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer ready to take on complex, high-impact projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical design for new construction and renovation projects
• Develop conceptual designs, equipment selections, construction drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams
• Represent the Owner during construction (RFIs, submittals, site inspections)
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in the MEP industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or higher)
• PE license (or on track to obtain)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bonus:
  Revit experience and a passion for community impact
