Job Title
Responsibilities:
Supporting the team on managing/driving financial matters related to the projects; spending; creating/tracking/managing/receiving POs
Coordinating with GCs, vendors and suppliers for timely invoicing and equipment deliveries
Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types
Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics
Creating Engineering Orders/Material Requests
Forecasting future needs based on project start dates as reflected in FUZE/SPM
Ensuring proper tracking of all components
Monitoring all equipment expenditures
Preparing purchase orders and ensuring vendor payment
Equipment Procurement & Optimization
Overseeing equipment receipt and acceptance
Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members
MUST HAVE
SKILLS:
BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or three or more years of work experience related to Macro Cellsite Build
Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably Macro New Site Build or Modification Projects
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills
Excellent team player
Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure
Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong technical and project management knowledge
Strong problem solving skills, project planning and time management
Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as Pivot Table and VLOOKUP
DESIRED
SKILLS:
Prior work experience working with tools [FUZE, etc.]
Knowledge or familiarity with Samsung RAN equipment
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies
Knowledge of RF, Transport and Wireless Construction
Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change
Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture
Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of 5G Wireless Networks
Power, Space and Cooling knowledge
