Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: Approximately 4.5+ Months (Potential Extension)
Next Gen is hiring a Network Engineer II for an exciting project for the Client supporting a large-scale telecommunications migration initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced engineering team working on enterprise voice and network services while supporting critical customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Support service activations, migrations, and modifications.
- Perform network provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Complete telephone number migrations and service changes.
- Conduct testing and documentation activities.
- Work with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementations.
- Resolve service issues and support network operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications and network engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule in Irving, TX.
- Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
