As an autonomy engineer, you will design innovative solutions that deliver safety and productivity for customers around the globe. Every day you will work with your team to solve real world problems and bring those solutions to production.

Collaborate with software, hardware, and platform teams to develop and deliver hauling autonomy solutions to production

Manage program scope, timelines, and deliverables

Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions

Identify, evaluate, and select vehicle level autonomy solutions

Analyze value and risk of proposed changes and evaluate design tradeoffs

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in an accredited Robotics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related degree

Strong familiarity with robotics and autonomy fundamentals

Experience with software and electronic hardware development processes

Effective collaboration across teams with diverse skills

Strong organization and project management skills

Experience executing engineering design process on autonomy or robotics projects

This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Irving, TX office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. This position may require up to 10% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
