51905 HROC LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies. In this role, you will perform root cause failure analysis, develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance practices, specify reliability requirements for new equipment, and manage critical spare parts.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial reliability engineering methods and tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability issues
- Lead root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to improve equipment uptime
- Define reliability requirements for new equipment and projects
- Monitor key reliability KPIs and report on performance trends
- Manage critical spare parts strategies and inventory levels
- Support safety and regulatory compliance related to equipment reliability
