Maintenance Planner

51905 HROC LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner for major outages to lead planning and coordination of large-scale maintenance events. This role develops detailed outage scopes, job plans, and schedules; forecasts labor, materials, and contractor needs; and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Planner works closely with operations, engineering, and vendors to sequence work, minimize downtime, and manage risk.

Responsibilities include maintaining CMMS data, updating asset histories, supporting root-cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement in outage planning, execution, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule major maintenance outages and turnarounds
• Develop detailed job plans, scopes, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to sequence work
• Forecast and manage materials, tools, and contractor services
• Maintain and optimize CMMS records, job plans, and asset histories
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Track outage progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Analyze outage performance, costs, and downtime data
• Drive continuous improvement in outage planning and execution
