Field Project Management Interns

Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in pursuing a career in Field Project Management! Want to gain hands-on experience in Field Project Management? Join us as a Field Project Management Intern in Summer 2027! Our Field Project Management Interns are responsible for elevator and escalator projects in the new construction and/or modernization segment of our business. This is a hands-on, field-based internship that provides direct experience supporting construction and modernization projects.

Candidates should be comfortable spending time onsite at active jobsites and learning the responsibilities of a Field Project Manager. This opportunity is not related to IT project management or software development projects. Our comprehensive internship program will allow you to gain hands-on experience and broaden your sales, communication, and business acumen skills.

This is a full-time, paid summer internship, starting in June 2027 and ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed.

Additional career opportunities are available upon conclusion of a successful internship, including placement as an entry-level Field Project Management Trainee.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

• Prior field project management internship experience is a plus

• Onsite locations available across North America

The hourly range for this role is $22/hr to $26/hr we may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.

Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
