The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Experience with Solid Works or similar 3D CAD software.
- Experience with mechanical product design and development.
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
- Experience with machining, fabrication, or hands-on assembly.
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Experience with CAM software.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding, turning, milling, and welding.
- Familiarity with stepper motors, motion systems, sensors, or electromechanical integration.
- Experience designing mechanical enclosures for electronic assemblies.
- Experience with industrial machinery or automation equipment.
- Experience in the automotive industry, tire industry, or automotive technology
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
