Are you ready to lead complex, high-impact facilities projects that shape the future of one of the world's most recognized industrial companies? Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Project Leader to join our corporate Global Facilities Planning team. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the planning, design, and construction of major capital projects across North America and around the world.

From advanced manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to innovative office environments, you will play a critical role in delivering projects that directly support Caterpillar's global business strategy. As a trusted advisor and facilities expert, you will work alongside senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and industry partners to solve complex challenges, implement innovative facility solutions, and help define the future workplace and manufacturing environments of Caterpillar across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects.

As a Facilities Project Electrical Engineer
, you will be responsible for managing facilities initiatives including office developments, warehouse and distribution facilities, manufacturing support projects, workplace transformations, and other enterprise capital investments. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and external service providers to deliver projects that enhance Caterpillar's operational capabilities and employee experience. You will serve as both a project management leader and electrical engineer technical expert, managing multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
