Dodge Jeep Ram of Irving is seeking experienced, results-driven Service Advisors to join our growing Service Center. In this customer-facing sales role, Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide clear pricing, and work closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience.

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a fast‑paced automotive environment

• Quick learner able to complete onboarding and start producing results quickly

• Strong communication skills to confidently engage customers, build trust, and drive sales

• Sell Value & Close Work:
  Present service recommendations, pricing, and repair options that maximize customer trust and revenue.
• Drive Your Paycheck:
  Accurately manage customer records, invoices, payments, and warranty details to support smooth payouts.
• Upsell Strategically:
  Identify and recommend additional maintenance and products that increase repair orders and increase commissions.
• Control the Service Flow:
  Schedule appointments, document concerns, and create accurate Repair Orders with strong cost estimates.
• Support Customer Transportation Needs:
  Verify insurance and coordinate loaner vehicles to protect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and repeat business.
