Job Summary:
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew Member to elevate our sustainability program in 2026. This seasonal, part-time role supports Live Nation’s resource recovery and circularity program, aiming for maximum landfill diversion during event waste sorting, educating fans and staff, and assisting the Venue Sustainability Manager.
The position works under the Venue Sustainability Manager as part of the venue operations team.
- Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
- Assist in the mid and post-show waste sorting process of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
- Be available to work show days and non-show days on both weekdays and weekends to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
- Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager and Supervisor with educational support to all Venue Crew Members and fans.
- Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show cleanup, occasionally resulting in shifts on days after a show.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager as needed.
- Show days require about 90% of time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, with about 75% of that time spent sorting materials.
- Comfort with getting dirty and exposure to unpleasant odors.
- Ability to work outside in variable weather.
- Strong time management skills to show up on time and work late hours.
- Dedication to participate in activities with real and immediate impact.
- Ability to work well with other departments and maintain a positive attitude.
- Creative thinker, problem solver, and strong sense of teamwork with the ability to execute programs.
- Experience in events or zero-waste events is a plus.
