Event Coordinator, - 3
- Month Contract, Hybrid in Irving, Starts ASAP!
Robert Half is looking for an Event Coordinator for a client in the Irving, Texas area. The ideal Event Coordinator will be able to be on-site every day in Irving, Texas to coordinate plans, materials, shipping and overall event support.
Event Coordinator Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and regional events, including booth registrations, show services, shipping, housing, and exhibitor requirements.
- Manage booth staff registration and pre-event communications.
- Partner with vendors on show services, promotional items, giveaways, and event materials.
- Assist with event packing, shipping, and on-site preparation as needed.
- Maintain event timelines, project plans, checklists, and key deadlines.
- Prepare meeting notes, action item trackers, and project coordination documents.
- Provide regular status updates highlighting progress, risks, open items, and recommendations.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
