Project Accountant Driving Financial Precision in a Post‑IPO Data Center Environment

Financial transparency, operational rigor, and cross‑functional collaboration are core to how we operate, particularly as we manage complex, multi‑site projects and significant capital investment.

• Handle all aspects of project accounting including Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Operational Accounting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze project variances and provide recommendations for financial performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls for projects.
• Participate in project reviews and audits, providing necessary financial data and support.
• Coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to manage purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the financial planning and strategy of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction or engineering industries.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Operational Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to dive deep into details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations in the Energy industry.
