The Cash Management Analyst supports center cash operations by analyzing daily cash levels, monitoring bank activity, coordinating armored carrier services, and managing currency orders. This is a fast-paced analytical role that supports operational efficiency across ACE centers.

Saturday hours are required one to two times per month, with equivalent time off during the week.

Major Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily center cash levels and usage trends to determine appropriate cash levels.
  • Reconcile cash deposits to monitor bank activity and potential identify fraud.
  • Review and analyze center cash forecast for accuracy and timely cash flow.
  • Research and resolve cash deposits exceptions issues with field and partner bank.
  • Monitor armored carrier delivery for performance and identify, resolve, and report inefficiencies.
  • Support center cash operations by communicating with field support and district managers
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in treasury, banking, or related financial operations, preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work with a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and organization skills.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AS400.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.
