We have an immediate need for an additional member of our Compliance Team.

This role is onsite in one of our locations:
Beverly, MA.

We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.

• Monitoring customer loan files for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to program guidelines
• Perform various self-testing reviews to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements
• Report on monitoring findings and prepare corrective action reports
• Assist with creation and updating of policies and procedures
• Research laws and regulations and communicate to stakeholders
• Assist in external regulatory examinations
• Assist in reviewing and resolving customer complaints

• 2-5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of financial services experience
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential to your success in this role.
• Must possess good communications skills (written and oral).
• Self-motivated to complete job tasks to the best of personal ability.
• Must possess computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
