Quantitative Metrics Risk Analysts are requested to help client –

• Monitor metrics for 9 global lines of business, investigate root cause analyses and report and escalate appropriately.
• Identify key control indicators and key risk indicators, and work with the business on the development of these measures. Evaluate if the key inherent risks are being captured within the metric, and challenge if necessary.
• Prepare documentation for businesses and product compliance to set risk appetites, including meeting and training Compliance Risk Appetite Framework team.
• Design financial compliance risk management metrics and their thresholds.
• Prepare materials about roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage across various business segments and technology disciplines.
• Prioritize key compliance risks and execute to plan.
• Produce metrics reports and support the investigation of root cause analyses where there are metric threshold breaches.
• Manipulate and analyze data, format charts and report templates in order to visualize the data.
• Support the development of metrics calculations and thresholds.
• Prepare materials about the metrics inventory for forums of senior managers with and without technical backgrounds.
