Financial Analyst II – Revenue Cycle Intelligence
Location: Irving, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to play a key role in driving Revenue Cycle intelligence across the enterprise. This position focuses on synthesizing financial and operational data to provide senior leadership and facility stakeholders with actionable insights that improve net revenue realization and optimize cash flow performance.
This is a high-visibility role with enterprise-level impact on healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Cycle Reporting- Support and standardize daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across regional and enterprise levels.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable revenue cycle reporting capabilities.
- Conduct financial opportunity assessments for hospitals to identify areas for revenue enhancement and cash flow improvement.
- Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Develop and facilitate benchmarking strategies for key revenue cycle metrics.
- Provide comparative reporting to evaluate facility and system-wide performance.
- Create and maintain financial models that align business strategies with measurable performance outcomes.
- Monitor implementation effectiveness and adjust models as needed.
- Provide analytical tools and reporting to operational teams to detect performance gaps and forecast future issues.
- Support cross-functional teams with actionable financial insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and facility-level stakeholders.
- Support participation in system-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred).
- Strong analytical ability to synthesize complex, multi‑source data into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced technical proficiency with financial reporting and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and special projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategic insights across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a professional team environment.
This position provides direct visibility to leadership and contributes to improving enterprise‑wide financial performance, cash flow optimization, and operational efficiency within the healthcare revenue cycle.
