Title and Closing Supervisor

Title & Closing Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and operational success of title and escrow offices within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent service delivery, operational compliance, staff development, and regional growth. The Regional Lead collaborates closely with executive leadership, sales teams, escrow officers, and title staff to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Facilitate title clearance reviews and escalations
• Participate in kickoff calls and address title‑related requirements
• Submit title requests and gather supporting documentation
• Review title documents: commitments, proformas, deeds, tax and HOA docs, surveys, endorsements, mortgage payoffs, and lien releases
• Ensure all lender requirements are satisfied for clear‑to‑close
• Deliver final approved documents to clients
• Communicate with lenders, title companies, escrow agents, law firms, and insurers
• Maintain accurate records and manage a pipeline of deals

• Manage client relationships and provide regular pipeline reporting
• Support training of new hires and ongoing team development
• Provide feedback and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Title Review team
• Participate in marketing and sales initiatives with prospective clients
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Contribute to internal process improvements and technology enhancements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or title insurance
• Strong knowledge of residential title clearance; commercial and new‑build experience is a plus
• Proficiency with marked‑up title commitments and the mortgage lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
