We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance & Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally. The Finance & Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial success and competitive positioning by analyzing market dynamics, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment between purchasing and pricing.

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of product movement, customer purchasing patterns, and vendor cost increases.
• Develop and implement pricing policies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Manager and Regional Managers to set pricing strategies across regions, customer types, and customer sizes.
• Maintain accurate price and cost files.
• Collect and maintain market pricing intelligence to support competitive positioning.
• Prepare competitive price comparisons and perform in‑depth analysis.
• Analyze pricing trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish strong alignment between purchasing and pricing to ensure timely updates when vendor costs change.
• Manage special price agreements with key customers.
• Build a strong understanding of company products and services to support informed pricing decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pricing administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Profit
  21 preferred.
