Assistant Controller: Construction Finance & Forecasting

Sage Search Partners is seeking an Assistant Controller in Irving, TX. This role encompasses operations, accounting, and finance responsibilities with ownership of land takedowns, contract review, GL and SOX work, and forecasting cycles. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of experience (3+ preferred), and strong GAAP knowledge. A CPA and prior experience in Big 4 or public accounting are preferred.
