- Assesses loan documents.
- Supports Asset Management in monthly financial reporting, including spreading, reviewing, and analyzing property operating statements, and preparing and inputting data into CREFC reporting formats.
- Assesses assets against pro‑forma expectations and analyzes variances.
- Prepares and recommends disbursement from various reserve accounts in accordance with document requirements.
- Monitors payments and delinquencies.
- Prepares direction letters for cash‑managed assets.
- Monitors loans with upcoming maturities and other time‑sensitive requirements as required under the loan documents.
- Interacts effectively with management and assists with investors, borrowers, attorneys, and other third parties as applicable.
- Works independently on projects and collaborates as a team player.
- Executes other duties as needed and assigned.
- Provides portfolio‑level reporting to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or applicable experience.
- 1–3years of relevant real‑estate lending and/or asset management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience in healthcare/seniors housing analytics, underwriting or asset management (understanding of regulatory requirements) is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate special projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong time‑management skills and respect for deadlines.
- Driven, innovative team player focused on results and delivering a superior work product.
Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year in New York. Compensation is based on qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus reviewed annually.
