A Finance fellow will perform entry-level finance assignments and develop knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization, and financial practices.

• Manage multi-currency cash assets and bank accounts
• Manage foreign exchange/commodity risk
• Administer an investment strategy for our multi-billion-dollar retirement fund
• Analyze the financial strength of suppliers
• Lead and support projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related/technology fields
• Must be able to relocate to the Dallas area for the duration of the fellowship and complete daily work commute
• Must be approved to participate in DOW Skillbridge Program

• Financial Markets – knowledge of products, competitors, customer base, issues, regulatory considerations
• Financial Analysis – ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
• Planning and Organizing – ability to plan and organize tasks and resources systematically
• Communication – effective presentation tools and summarization techniques to explain complex concepts in simple language
• Problem Solving – approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing and resolving problems
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail – high level of precision

Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $ (subject to DOW Skillbridge Program guidelines and individualized factors)
