Job Description

Practice Management/US Oncology FP&A is responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting for over 2,000 oncology providers across the country while driving insightful analytics to support future growth. McKesson is seeking a Finance Manager to support the growth of Practice Management. The Sr. Finance Manager will enhance analytical capabilities within Practice Management/US Oncology, partner closely with the VP Finance Operations, develop insightful intelligence and reporting, highlight areas of strong performance and problem areas, and work with stakeholders to drive solutions.

This role performs analytics across all Practice Management business segments and product lines, focusing on delivering actionable insights and improving KPI's and reporting automation.

• Support complex, high-impact financial analyses and cross‑functional initiatives for Practice Management.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and inform critical business decisions.
• Deliver ongoing financial and operational analysis, focusing on volume, margin, discounts, and operating expenses.
• Provide insights to support performance improvement and decision making.
• Partner with Finance leadership and stakeholders to highlight risks and opportunities, develop solutions, and support execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Support M&A quarterly reporting and look backs for new practice investments.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and decision support for cross‑functional projects.
• Support enhancement and automation of reporting processes and tools; represent Finance in Agile IT initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.

7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare finance, especially physician practice or specialty care integration.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Self‑directed and able to influence without authority.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.

M.B.A/CPA preferred; SAP BPC/TMI, Essbase, Tableau, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

$102,800 – $171,300 USD annual base + 15% MIP. Potential for annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
