Job Title: AWM – Operations – Ayco Strategic – Analyst

Location:
Irving , TX

Contract Duration: 6 Months (with optional 6-month extension)

Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour

Job Summary

The Operations division plays a critical role in supporting client services and ensuring strong risk management and operational controls across the firm. This position focuses on delivering high-quality financial counseling support and operational assistance to clients.

The Analyst will interact with clients, support account and payment inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience while maintaining compliance with firm policies and procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and provide accurate and satisfactory responses to client queries and concerns.
  • Facilitate payment functions and address client questions related to accounts, portfolios, and financial records.
  • De-escalate client issues and provide patient and professional assistance to resolve concerns.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, navigating company platforms, or utilizing products and services.
  • Collaborate with client services teams and financial advisors to enhance the client experience.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to support additional operational functions as needed.
  • Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorization and supporting documentation in line with company policies.
  • Process team-specific operational tasks assigned by the business.
  • Utilize internal and external systems to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve ongoing operational issues and address policy-related inquiries.
  • Provide operational support and contribute to special projects when required.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, financial services, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interest in client service and operational support functions.
