About the Role

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and execution‑focused Finance Manager to join our team. This unique, high‑impact role sits at the intersection of FP&A, strategic finance, and business operations. Rather than a traditional FP&A position, this role acts as the “connective tissue” across the organization—partnering closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, execute key initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• Serve as a key advisor to finance leadership on strategic initiatives, translating high‑level priorities into actionable plans and financial models.
• Lead and support cross‑functional projects, driving alignment and execution across departments.
• Partner with business leaders to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑level insights and recommendations.
• Manage the operating cadence of the finance team, including tracking key initiatives, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and strategic objectives, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the preparation of executive and board‑level presentations, including financial analysis and strategic narratives.
• Identify gaps or “blind spots” in business performance by connecting insights across multiple data sources.
• Drive process improvements and help build scalable workflows across finance and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity operations, or a similar strategic finance environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query/Power Pivot a plus).
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience building executive‑level materials (PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and intellectually curious with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
