Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will oversee the end to end P&L forecasting, validation of preliminary figures and variance analysis needed to support rolling forecast and budget cycle.
Your role in our team- You will collect, interpret, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
- Create accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast Order Intake, Revenue, Operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions
- You will work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data and ensure accuracy
- Perform additional financial analyses as requested by management or other departments
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and supporting strategic business decisions
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, Luca Net, Picasso) is preferred
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Proficiency in building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models using Excel or specialized software
- High level of accuracy in data analysis, report preparation, and forecasting
- Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools
- You are able to clearly present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Capability to identify financial challenges and recommend actionable solutions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and departments to gather data and support business objectives
