I’m partnering with a well-established organization to add an Accounts Payable Analyst to their team. This is a high-impact disbursements-focused role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
If you enjoy working with payment processing, treasury functions, and high-volume AP — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities- Build and manage payment proposals.
- Support positive pay processes and coordinate treasury releases with banking partners.
- Work within a high-volume AP environment, ensuring accuracy and timeline.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve payment-related issues.
- Leverage Excel and ERP systems to analyze and manage data.
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (high volume preferred).
- Experience with OCR tools or data capture solutions (ExFlow is a pl).
- Exposure to ERP systems (D365 a pl).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
